The festival streets have to be COMPLETELY CLEARED of all vehicles. The streets will close at 5 pm and the police will open them when the streets are clear for artists to come in and set up. NO EXCEPTIONS. You MUST have your parking pass on your dashboard to be allowed past the barricades.
The pre-assigned booth numbers will be given to the artists prior to the festival at a time deemed by the committee.
No problem, your booth number and a copy of the festival map will be posted in the window of the chamber office. The address is 327 Fairhope Avenue.
It is located behind the Fairhope K-1 Center for artists and food vendors on a first come, first serve basis. Space is very limited, and you must have your parking pass on display. We can give you names of RV parks or hotels. Click on the Downtown Tab for more information.
YES, your booth must be ready Friday Morning by 9 a.m. for judges review.
The Award's Dinner is Friday night immediately following the close of the Festival.
